The Cook County Promise Program Is Empowering Mothers With Financial Flexibility
Adriana Flores is one of more than 3,200 families in the first ever Cook County Promise Program. The Chicago area program is among 130 guaranteed income pilots across the country funded by public and private dollars. Over 200,000 families on individuals applied to be a part of the program.
