You're Going to Lose or You'll Kill Thousands of People in This Game

You're this dog, but the dog is kind of basically a cursor because you do jump. But every level has a goal. And on the other end, there is like a person emitter out of which like thousands and thousands of human mindless human beings are pouring in. You can only put one command per tile is the other thing. There are these golden idols that as the crowd walks through them, they'll attach to the crowd. To finish the level, you just need to get some number of people into the goal. It doesn't actually tell you how many, which is a little weird.
