New York's Gun Restrictions

Kathy hokell disgrace in the governor of new york is celebrating a may issue status, which stops you from exercising your right before you've even had the chance to own a firearm. The speech has to be directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action, and not oer is likely to incite or produce such action. If you scream fire in a crowded theatre and some one gets hurt, the legal system will take care of you. You may very well be accused of some crime, but one puts tape over your mouth beforehand.
