What Kind of Research Did You Do for Heruk?
We were designing for ourselves. And i'm probably an odd person in the sense that i do have a softer engineering background, but im for me, programming is very much a means to an end. We saw people using our early product, this web based editor, where they would essentially use the import functionality,. which was really supposed to be a one time thing. People don't want the editor. What they want is the fast employment. That indeed led to the insight of, let's kind of cut away the editor because there's less value there, or it's just less technically feasible and focus on this underlying thing.
