The Importance of Humility in Group Setting

In many cultures, group settings in America, we often can't get talented people together. I think because we misunderstand giftings. So what tends to happen is sort of the like one guy's really talented and he'll surround himself with a bunch of like weaklings. And that's the only kind of group that you have. We each kind of have a clear understanding of what the other guys are good at. They're not trying to do what I do. There's less of that nitpicking and backbiting and all that kind of stuff. We just we're working.
