Investor Bill Ackman has increased his stake in Valiant Pharmaceuticals by over 30%. The bump comes after Ackman's apology to investors in a January letter. It does not appear he had an exit plan. Maybe he did and for some reason did not execute it. But who cares? If you're in a stock that goes from $2.50 to $30 and you still own it, you've really screwed up.
