Building a Machine That Delivers

Investing is not a doctor's office in our realm of endeavor. You can't let these people do whatever they want to do. You need to build a machine that delivers something consistent with what you promised the customersyou do. So how did you start finding people to help you build this machine? Well, I was incompetent and I didn't know anything and I was young. All I could do was hire people who were younger than I who had never done anything.
