Is It True Positive or False Positive?

Mark Deta says he tried over sampling, under sampling and smort to find the right method for his problem. He's trying to create a synthetic point that is very close and similar to that particular or general minority sample. The goal of this experiment was to generate e rows of data by looking only at the minority class but would be able to generate each row synthetically.
