Mbappe was offered 'potentially 700 million quid' by the Saudi government. The offer is in wages rather than a transfer, but nevertheless it's an interesting amount of money. I reckon those in Saudi Arabia probably got to start looking at and saying just where MLS did as well. And I think the next part of this project, obviously, apart from Mbappe, is that they start looking to places like Argentina and Brazil. But how'd you turn down? Well, potentially 700 million quids. How'd you turn that down? Look, I have never had anyone offer me anything like that amount of money in any context. Not even a millionth, probably.
