The Russians Are Provocative
The only warm water port that the russians have is on the black sea. The state department and its n g o allies were involved in swaying the presidential elections in the ukraine, which led to a mass protest movement. In two thousand one they tried again, this time in bellaras, and they failed. But in two thousand three, the state department intervened in the elections in georgia, where they again succeeded. This would be called the orange revolution of two thousand four. Eventually this led to a re run of the election, and the pro western candidate uschenko came to power.
