The Importance of Mentors

Mentors should have some variation because the types of problems that you're trying to tackle need to change. And if that mentor is really in their sweet spot in one area, maybe it doesn't scale to what you're doing. So I think the big thing is making sure that you have mentors that complement the problem sets and are able to assist in the problem sets that you're currently dealing with.
