Real Estate - Do You Have an Attorney?

To purchase a property, you don't have to have an attorney. Attorney happens to be my best friend and one who actually introduced me to his uncle in te beginning. So he's actually my real estate attorney. He's there to make sure that if there's any problems ar with my tenets,. If i do have to go through any viction, he's working for my best interests  and they're working together. And the reason why we do that imagine if something happened toi, we had all our properties under one llc. Imaginative.
