The Loss and Damage Side of the Climate Stool
A recent article by mark nevitt at the emory school of law wrote about what he describes as the three legs of the climate stool. Mitigation seeks to curb greenhouse gas omissions, adaptation seeks to take proactive measures to protect communities from climate change and loss and damage seeks to help people after they experience climate related impacts. i would argue that's not separate from adaptation, because this isn't a one off for packistan, rightlin?
