How to Release a Tantrum
When we release any form of intensity, it is good practice to be aware of releasing. Two move physically, but do not hurt or harm your body in any way. Three you go forward with your tantrum till the emotion shifts and lifts from your body. Four have a hard boundary, a hard line with the inner bully, the inner critic. Your wise woman and wise man must step in to not allow that part to bully them. It's just as ridiculous as expecting a three, four or five year old to not have a tantrum. Babies and children do not naturally subdue their emotions. We simply don't allow our natural emotional expression. And maybe this is a big player
