The Hang Drum - A Conundrum?

The aam ampaa amam is an inward concave drum. It's definitely from the continent of africa, but where, when? Not sure. This swiss couple, i think, about 26 years ago, were inspired by the steel drum,. They made one that has ah this inward. But then they like duplicate, they mirrored it. So now there's two shells that combined to one. The instrument can be melodic on, because it has its own notes. A, and now we get to make songs. We have scales. Am, so it's really powerful. And think also the frequency of most of the sounds that come from a hand pan are quite therapeutic.
