Several states are going out I know Texas is going after this, but I haven't heard anything on it Where does this where does this stand in the courts? There was a ruling late last month that denied a preliminary injunction in the Fifth Circuit. It meant the real question is whether any of these other cases and there are numerous other cases We'll actually get an injunction before the deadline hits.
