The Importance of Early Childhood Training
Research has shown that virtually any child seems to be able to attain if you give them the training. It's very difficult or almost impossible for an adult to achieve those kinds of abilities if you start practicing at an older age. The key idea of deliberate practice is that you're trying to do something that you can't do well and basically by figuring out ways that you can do this better you will now basically raise your performance through level that you didn't have before. I think we really do get caught up in the idea of this fixed that we're fixed but in terms of being able to change even if we go beyond the discussion of elite performers our brain plasticity does exist.
