Most worrying thing about the SPP is perhaps its secrecy. There have been so far one leaders conference and at least one ministerial meeting Attended by high-level ministers from all three governments. The group has an arm of business leaders that provides myriad recommendations, but has no formal mechanism for consulting the public at large.
