Is the Love of Government Encouraging the Problem of Drug Use?
We have a huge, huge problem with dril consumption in this country. And it's like, you're not going to stop people from doing drugs, so at least they should do them safely. I mean, that is my view of it. You can mitigate it. The levels of drug use in portugal have been consistently below the european average over the past 20 years. We just, the one thing that doesn't totally set while with me is the idea that the government would facilitate things that are illegal.
