Recruiting a Civilian Warrior

The military is at the second lowest recruit recruiting a rate that they've had historically, and they're not meeting their goals. The labor market is such that those young people who would be coming into the service have other job opportunitiesa. Most of the country is not fit to serve. They are unfit, they are overweight, theyhave, many of em, have done drugs. And so our young population is really in a very bad state in terms of a recruiting potential for the military.
