i think one of the reasons why i ended up in a deal where the government was involved is because i could not get a fair chance from the private sector. The development community has never been hospitable change. And as far as i know, the only major building south of ane hundred and tenth street, owned by a black develope as mine, at one o eight leonard street. So that tells you that we have an unfair system.
