Jim Breyer

Jim Breyer was the first major investor in Facebook and owned 11% of it at the time. He is also on the board of Tencent that owns WeChat, which has a stranglehold over the payment systems in China. And he led a bunch of funding rounds into a bunch of companies like Etsy and Spotify. So for USDC and USDT, which together make up almost 90% of the daily crypto volume, he's the one that started all of that.
