Cricket has given a tacit enough signal to Saudi Arabia that they are welcome at the table now. The ICC made that very clear last year with Aramco. If you drop a Saudi Arabia league in there for another month, usual sort of franchise-style system, money that players can't really say no to,. well, there's another month of the calendar gone.
