I'm 14 Years Old and I've Had Depression for a While
A 14-year-old boy writes to Paul about his depression. He says he hasn't told his parents, but feels like they will take it seriously and nothing bad can really come of it. Paul: A good parent wants as much information as possible about their children so that they can decide better how to raise them. And lastly, depression isn't a weakness or a failing. It's a lack of certain chemicals in the brain that makes us feel right or ok.
