Is This the First Time That a Draft Opinion Has Been Leaked?
This is not, contrary to what people keep saying, this is not the first time that a draft opinion has been leaked. There was a rather famous case where somebody had leaked it for a pecuniary gain. I believe the constitution protects the right to privacy and i have no reason or agenda to prejudge the issue. What would he have done if he, if he had asked, senator, i would have walked out the door. It's not what judges do.
