Blackmail - Is There a Pendemic Like Response?

In two thousand and one the bureau of justice projected that in the united states, one in three blackmail babies born in this country is expected to go to jail or prison. As shocking as that data is, what was even more shocking was the casual way we just embraced that,. There were no convenings, there were no task forces. We just accepted it. And getting young people to appreciate that they have the capacity to overcome these barriers is at the heart on what i 'm trying to say. I don't think we any progress in confronting the profound absence of hope that is shaping the lives of too many people in this country.
