Water Asset Management Owns 2,500 Acres of Farmland in Western Colorado
Water asset management is a New York investment firm with offices inside this building. In the past five years, it has bought at least 20 million dollars' worth of land in western Colorado. Matt DeZario says one of his strategies is to profit from water rights. When you need water, water is the only thing that we'll do.
