The Adam or goosie podcast is back with a look at intermittent fasting. Unless you literally never stop eating every time you put down the fork you are fasting congratulations I'm fasting right now. Intermittent fasting bugs me because it's one of these terms that taken literally doesn't mean anything like lived experience as though there's any other kind. The word nutritious itself has drifted in recent decades as we in the developed world have gone from Not getting enough macro nutrients to getting way more macro nutrients.
