Is the SPR Really a Crisis?

The administration has been selling one million barrels a day for some time and all of them will have sold 180 million by election day. They've already brought the SPR down to dangerously low levels. So how much are we going to feel at the pump with that 2 million cut? I think it'll start off kind of slow. The real hit will be when the administration is forced to stop releasing from the SPR.
