Ian Fleming was indeed consulted on some of this by Kennedy and Allen Dulles at some point. And you can certainly see a little bit of cue in some of these operations. They included things like coming up with poison cigars and exploding seashell, because Fidel was very keen diver. So the idea was he would dive and then pick up this seashell. Is it going to have a neon sign on it and play bait open spit?
