The SEC's Action Targets Binance and Coinbase

The SEC has been very effective at creating a scary, unpredictable environment in which to build crypto technologies, companies and products. This is either really stupid policy or an intentional act by which to hold back the tide of monetary change that although inevitable retains their power for that much longer. The US still issues the global reserve currency. It's sad, but at this point it's unsurprising. But if you're waiting for those in power in the US to do the right thing, unfortunately, we may be waiting quite a while.
