How to Design a Unique Property

Mike: The biggest tip that we always give our clients is you need to take a step back and realize we're not designing your primary home, right. We had last year was a unique year where properties performed very well but now it's just, it's so saturated. Our job is to make these properties stand out so what can we do to differentiate? Mike: It's okay to have these really, really unique, crazy things. So I think that's where why we started to design with so much color and these bold bold properties because that's what we did in our past life.
