Are You Loyal to a Company?

acadyan: I've transition from companies twice in my career, and tethe first time i did that, it was because i wasn't appreciated. There is no such thing as loyal to loyalty to a company. It doesn't exist. So you have to pay what people are worth. And we wouldn't want people to stay that would make decisions to not go get a 20 or 30 % pay increase. That's just not smart. If you want your people, do what it takes to keep em. The other thing i want to say one more time,  it's even a commandment to go multiply your talents"
