So the first harvest is really to go to the land and really pick, one by one, pick olives that look big, round, shiny, beautiful. And then we crush them one by one in hammers, literally in a hammer, and we put it in water so the bitter comes out. After that, you obviously pickle them. So actually, harvesting for oil will en after two reins. That's what my father said is best. We're waiting, and then i'll let you know guys, if you're interested, you're there. Come.
