How to Deal With a Lack of Cybersecurity Experts
I like to disagree with the idea of long-lasting. I would think that it makes sense if they're specialists and it doesn't make sense to put them full-time into a team. The platform team should basically see the Agile teams as an acoustache. This is my attempt at defining where management goes. Do we do dynamic re-teaming in base? Yes or no? Those are management decisions, so that things can emerge from self-organization.
