The Role of Leader and Follower
rotational leadership is the ongoing, forever changing relationship between leader and follower that changes day by day. It essentially means this, regardless of title, rank, seniority, experience, athletic prowess, all of that, every single person, at times, plays the role of a leader, and at times plays the roles of following. So doesn't it make logical sense, then, luke, that if we're going to focus on growing as a leader, yet also grow as a follower? Shouldn't we also be able to learn from each other's mistakes in order to achieve our goals?
