The Importance of Focusing on Healing and Recovery
Too often when we are supposed to be healing and recovering, the only thing we can think about is running. So if you are injured, take that passion and put it towards healing because that is part of becoming a better runner. The most important parts of a team have very little to do with the act of running. Do not separate yourself from the team. Just because you're not wearing a jersey doesn't mean you're not on the team.
