The Three Legged Policy Stool of the Left

Justice means that instead of just sort of tossing in some favor for the environmenal justice communities, at the end, make it cor to the policy making. And if you're going to get the whole left together in unanimity, youv got to give environmental justice something you can't take their votes for granted. They've got to see themselves reflected from the beginning. So this was a sort of the three legged policy stool that the left came together around.
