Many companies, they have this eagle before truth culture. If you want your company to withstand changes in the market place and how people work, you have to put truth ahead of ego. Your best employees are going to be very reality focused. We need them integrated more with the business units. And that's not going to happen if your business units run on manipulation because they just won't work there.
