The Structure of a Sleep Podcast

The show is structured in a very specific way to benefit the most people it can and it is adjustable so I'll just explain to you the structure of the show. There's an intro which we're almost done with that's around 10 to 20 minutes along where I introduced the podcast unsuccessfully which we've seen pretty pretty well tonight.
