Police officers should have more training in d escalation. It will reduce the number of shootings that policemen are involved in. There are people who literally are bent on killing cops, and that is a major crime,. So the police officers have to be safe. They should be working together with our communities. And i know the n y p d and l a p d are both, they both have programmes that are that are doing this. We're trying to work, my company, extre productions, its trying to work with them to create more of a a co operative environment between the police and the community.
