Sivers.org founder says Steve Jobs dissed him in a keynote speech about iTunes. He was criticized for charging $40 to get his music on the site, which had 400,000 songs. Sivers: "I decided to refund everybody's $40 with my deepest apologies" Since we couldn't promise anything, he removed all mention of iTunes from his site.
