What Are Halos?

Solar and lunar optical phenomena have been observed for thousands of years. Halos are examples of haloes that cannot, not only are visible to the naked eye, but they can be captured vea photography - and frequently are. You don't need a direct vision of light emanating from another person's body at some point in order to imagine something like a halo or nimbus. It could be just pure imagination that brings out this imagery. Or it could well be basic associate of thinking mapping the properties of celestial objects.
