As I have often talked about on this show, connecting with plant medicines & psychedelics alike without the necessary step of integration is synonymous with the idea of asking someone for directions & then ignoring the directions they give to you. Without integration, we are unable to fully “receive” the messages our PEAK experiences with these medicines have the opportunity to give us & as a result, we risk missing out on the gems of wisdom that could potentially help us change our day to day, sober realities long after our PEAK experiences with these plants have concluded.
