The Importance of Risk Management in War

Rashad: America doesn't currently have a strict identity, right? As far as other countries, when you were named them, America has infighting going on and they have civil moral wars that's going on. Black people are always disproportionately still to this day, make up a higher number in armed services than what they are in the population. We fight for freedom, justice, inequality, more than any other people. And so that identity of conservatism in America and traditional Christian moral values has disappeared.
