The Vulture Funds' Calculation of the Rates
Vulture funds know that they will get a very high return on their investment by pushing up the rates. There will be a small percentage where they will repossess the house. But now the houses are in positive equity. So it's to be a small number of cases where people haven't paid for years. I mean, there are some people who have not paid their mortgage for 10 years. It's completely irrelevant whether they're charged 1% or 10%. They're not paying anything anyway. And if they didn't switch and the interest rate has gone up and they've been pushed into a rear, they're stuck with that vulture fund. No other lender will touch them.
