Kirby and John have such soothing voices to listen to, it was like an ASMR experience for me. I will switch between the skin, sooticles, 0.5 retinol and the Jan marini biologic lotion. Then I just layer a ton of shit on my face, whether it's a cream or oil. Another weird thing I do is I often spray perfume on before going to bed. My husband doesn't know what I smell like.
