Writing Sketch Comedy
I would say I'm definitely of the notion of process. So when we do sketch comedy, we'll have like a bunch of things that we know we want to say in the scene but it won't be completely scripted. When I teach, my main focus is focusing on everyone's strengths because I am a firm believer that people rise to the occasion and do better if you're focusing on what they're good at rather than being like, here's all the things that you did wrong.
