Can the European Economy Really Sustain a Strong European Economy?

There's talk now about wether, you know, europe does more e there's discussions going on. But what can they do? I mean, its so far sanctions, if they are having an impact, it's not enough, really, to make any difference,. Anyway, if europe stops buying oil, then that'll presumably push up price of oil - which is going to benefit russia unless everyone on the planet stops buying it. There is some talk that maybe europe puts money into some sort of escro account until putin pulls out of ukraine.
