Building a Culture of Safety and Vulnerability

At the research laboratory, or project that i often reference, where we did implement the polacre system of seeing theare yet knowing the eight ways. And and in fixing what bugs us, we we motivated that through safety, vulnerability and purpose. The first thing that we set out to do was to create a safe environment. And we did that by shaping the culture. It wasn't just enough to say, hay, trade partners were paying for this, hay, we're going to do this. We had to create environments where they were safe.
